Anagen Therapeutics is privately held. Our financing strategy is to conduct a series of financings tied to completion of development milestones. Under this strategy, we will maximize the value of the company and minimize dilution to our investors by stepping up the value of the company as development milestones are achieved.
Business Development Strategy
An important part of Anagen's business development strategy is to enter into R&D partnerships, joint ventures, out-licensing arrangements or other collaborations with large established companies for development and commercialization of certain products. By establishing these collaborations, Anagen will:
- minimize risk by focusing on our core competencies;
- bolster our financial strength through up-front payments, research support, milestone payments and royalties from net sales of marketed products;
- accelerate commercialization of lead product candidates;
- maximize product profitability in large markets by out-licensing marketing rights to established multinational pharmaceutical companies.
